Benz Melbourne and, more broadly LSH Auto Australia, is taking to ensure we continue to meet your motoring needs.
Recently, we have made many changes to our daily routine, implementing strict hygiene measures demonstrating to both our customers and staff that we take this issue very seriously.
Although it’s not business as usual in these times, our team would like to advise you that the Service and Parts staff are here everyday to continue providing the maintenance, safety inspections and warranty repairs that your Mercedes-Benz will continue to require over the coming months. Additional measures we have adopted include a complimentary sanitisation of your vehicle, outdoor waiting areas and strict social distancing practices for customers visiting the showroom. Our Sales Department is open for deliveries, product consultation and ordering. We have introduced measures to further assist customers wishing to purchase vehicles, including the disinfectant of interiors prior to test driving, and effective immediately we are pleased to arrange home or office visits at your request.
